At Denimera, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 15 days of delivery, under the conditions mentioned below.

Return Eligibility

• All tags and packaging must be intact
  
• Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the order

Non-Returnable Items

2. Mention your order number and reason for return.
3. We’ll share the return address and instructions
4. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
   

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  
• Approved returns will be refunded via your original payment method or offered as store credit, based on your preference.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
